Many of our clients value an external view of their organisation. Our work in this area generally covers Mediation, development of HR teams, Investigations, HR Audits, Opinion Surveys and Training Needs Analysis.
We have worked with Government departments and Economic Development Units of councils to carry out specific research. One of our skills is the ability to adopt a logical approach to an area that needs investigation. We then back this up with our excellent interpersonal skills and well honed research techniques.
We believe that the area of Employee Engagement needs more attention in these troubled times.
