CIPD Professional Assessment
of Competence
What is PAC?
PAC is an alternative route into
Chartered Membership of the CIPD. This is not an "easier" route - it measures competence against the same standards used by the Professional Development Scheme (PDS). The PDS is about a taught and examined qualification taken over two years. PAC starts from the basis that you are competent and by demonstrating that competence Chartered Membership is gained.
Our approach will also offer you greater flexibility and will work around your busy schedule.
Who is suitable for the PAC?
Human Resource professionals who have at least 5 years of management experience and 3 of those years should be in Human Resources.
Two support models and pragmatic support for those stuck part qualified.
We have two ways of offering you support our Executive Route and our Fast Track Route. We are often approached by those who have consistently failed certain examinations or had a career break or find that the academic route just does not fit with their busy roles or personal demands. Give us a call for expert advice on how to progress our fee structure varies if you have less to do.
