Who is suitable for
the Fast Track Route?
Our experience of working with HR professionals tells us that they are incredibly generous with their time - they will support, sustain and develop others at the expense of their own development. We introduced this more supportive model to ensure busy HR professionals were given the same level of support they offer to others.
So what is the difference?
The key difference is access to more of our time and expertise. Instead of working by yourself to prepare for your assessment interview we work with you. Your adviser gets to know what projects you are working on and helps to identify which items of your activities will provide good quality evidence. This is quite a speedy process and by spending focussed time we are able to get you to your goal of Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow sooner. Some HR Professionals prefer to take a steadier pace and value the coaching and developmental potential of this route. The choice is yours!
