We know that you probably don’t want to be tied down to the academic year. We offer a range of start dates across the UK, and our candidates even set the workshop dates themselves, to fit around their busy work and personal commitments.

How much time must I commit to?
Just nine days to attend the workshops. The rest of the work is done in your own time, when you choose.

Do I have to become a student again?
No! We will treat you as a valued customer, not as a student. We won’t put you in a large classroom and lecture you. We value your input and encourage our customers to share their experiences.

Are your facilitators qualified?
All of our facilitators are practicing HR Professionals, and all are Chartered Fellows of the CIPD. We also include up to 12 months of support from your tutor should you require it.

How many people are in the groups?
The maximum group size for our workshops is 12 people - six for the practical sessions. We believe in providing quality and a two-way dialogue. We encourage your feedback and input, you can’t do that very easily in a classroom of up to 30 people.

We offer all our customers our online resource centre eZone. All our materials are available on eZone and are included in the price you pay.

There are no hidden costs. The one price for our programmes includes up to 12 months of support. What you see is what you get. Unlike some other providers we do not charge extra for course materials, quality assurance fees, residential costs, assessment fees. The only additional cost is your CIPD membership fee.
