A shining example of Commitment to Continuous Improvement
We were delighted to recognise Keith Green, Human Resource Manager for the Isle of Man Post Office. He is now a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. Keith started working towards his professional qualifications by completing the Certificate in Personnel Practice. He then worked towards achieving the Personnel NVQ Level 4 and then Level 5. Keith gained Chartered Membership via the Professional Assessment of Competence route to membership and then we supported his Chartered Fellow application.
Keith said after receiving the Cullen Scholefield award:
"I just want to thank Cullen Scholefield very much, it was quite a surprise!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Cullen Scholefield for all your help and support through all the courses from CPP to PAC without which I am sure I would not have progressed as I have been fortunate enough to and certainly would not have been even in the frame for last nights award."
