The ILM Level 7 qualifications are aimed at
- Senior managers who want to develop a coaching style of leadership in their organisation
- Training professionals who seek to provide coaching support to develop leadership capability in others.
There is a Certificate in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring an option to Upgrade to the Diploma or you can decide to go directly to the Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring.
