Capitalise on your achievements ... A practical solution to
help you upgrade to Chartered Member status

You are a Licentiate member of CIPD. This means that:

  • you have achieved one or more of the four fields of the 2002 CIPD professional standards
  • you may have an older exemption!
  • you have an NVQ in Management, Personnel or Learning and Development at Level 5
  • you started the academic route and have not completed an aspect of the 2002 CIPD professional standards. The thought of doing your Management Research Report or going for another exam fills you with dread.

A solution available to you is to sign up for the Professional Assessment of Competence (PAC). To take this route you need to sign up before the end of 2010. You then have up to December 2013 to complete.

The end result of PAC is Chartered Membership. We are adept at ensuring our candidates are well supported and have a range of options for you to consider. Our fees are customised to the level of support you need.
