World Class Skills
The search for excellence in the capabilities of people is now one of the top ten on the Strategic Planning agenda of not only development professionals but also senior managers. The demand for World Class Skills is demonstrated by terms such as Skills Shortages, the War for Talent.
Putting it bluntly organisations who are not concerned about the skills of their people will not be around for long.
The government is continuing to support this and whilst some may argue that the support is confusing, overly bureaucratic and a bit late it is never the less there.
