Skills Shortages
Despite the credit crunch Skills Shortages are around. There are numerous causes
- Hasty reductions in head count resulting in skills gaps
- Slow down on recruitment of new entrants - graduates or apprentices
- Over reliance on "natural wastage" to keep head count low combined with recruitment freezes.
We need to address these and so will use this section of our website to highlight new research and the activities of others.
