Conflict Management
You have a strategy. You have a plan. Your business procedures and processes are aligned and in tune. But is something holding your organisation back? Could that something be a lack of harmony in the work place – conflict that damages working relationships? The pace of working life is often hectic, which inevitably creates conflict as individuals strive to reach targets, probably with all good intentions. But, if your team is all pulling in different directions, your organisation will never achieve optimum efficiency. Conflict cannot be ignored – its existence is too damaging to tolerate. If conflict is an issue for you in the context of your organisation, you will find this workshop invaluable in helping to identify root cause, establish strategies to deal with existing conflict – and reduce the chance of further causes of conflict emerging.

The workshop will be highly interactive with a combination of pre course activities, tutor input, group discussion, role play and case studies
