Susan Goulbourne - Senior Consultant
Susan has been promoted to take responsibility for our Centre - this means that she manages all consultants working with canidates for our qualifications.
Susan joined Cullen Scholefield in 2001. Her background includes working as a strategic HR professional for a number of years, bringing together experiences from the hospitality industry, the financial services industry and a company who developed software technology for mobile computing devices.
Susan has been involved with the development and training of managers at various levels for most of this time. She has the ability to combine the pragmatism of operational issues with a focus on supporting and developing people within the organisation.
Susan is mainly involved in the mentoring and development of HR professionals who have selected the Professional Assessment of Competence route to CIPD membership and for those who wish to achieve their Personnel or Learning and Development via the new CIPD qualifications at Advanced, Intermediate and Foundation Levels.
Susan has been involved as the key Internal Verifier for Cullen Scholefield’s CIPD qualifications and has worked on a TUPE project with a client supporting them in managing this process.
Susan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
