Laurence Watson - Senior Consultant

Laurence joined us in February 2010 he has a multi-faceted role acting as our Interim HR Manager, Researcher, Editor of our Learning Material and Facilitator.

Prior to joining us he worked with BAA as Policy Awareness Manager. He was responsible for external and internal communications that explained security arrangements to different audiences: business partners, employees, security practitioners, and passengers through intranet, internet, posters, print and video. Consultation, facilitation and engaging with others across the organization were all part of this policy awareness role.

He has extensive experience in HR working for NACCO Materials Handling Group as Human Resources Manager, Sales and Marketing, Europe. NACCO is a US listed global manufacturer of a full line of forklift and materials handling solutions grossing revenues of US$2.8 billion

He has worked for major hotel companies such as Corinthia Group of Companies, Millennium & Copthorne, Four Seasons Inn on the Park and the Sheraton Park Tower. Laurence is a commercial, internationally experienced and adaptable manager with a record of achievement. We are delighted to have him in our team.
