HH&DBA AGM and Question Time sell out

Over 75 business leaders came armed with questions for the HHDBA’s Question Time Panel on 17th November. Nicholas Soames MP, WSCC Cabinet Member Pete Bradbury, MSDC Leader Garry Wall, HHTC Leader Tim Farmer and Gatwick Diamond Chief Executive, Rosemary French, fielded a range of questions from the state of the global economy to the future of Europe. More local concerns, such as the role of the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership in bringing growth to Mid Sussex, or whether Haywards Heath should have a Town Centre Partnership, set off a lively discussion amongst panellists.

HHDBA Chairman Maureen Scholefield, who kept the panel in order, said: “It was a fantastic evening and it was great to have so many members and guests there. Our panel were wonderful – plenty of spark to the debate and a very entertaining evening for the audience.”
