Andrew Domaradzki
Coaching Overview
An Executive Coach & Mentor and Independent Consultant, with long international experience in the fields of Manufacturing, Computing, Insurance, FMCG Food Production, Telecommunications, Government Agencies and large multi-national and national Companies. Andrew is British with Polish roots and is fluent in both English and Polish.
He is Managing Partner of the Corporate Coaching Federation, a founding member of the: European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Poland, a fully accredited coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and coaches in Poland, Europe and world-wide.
Present Focus
A Board Level Director with 30 years experience in a wide range of sectors. He is a natural leader with strong skills in all aspects of: human resources, general management, coaching, mentoring and counselling, negotiating and problem solving. He obtains results by utilising skills in an open style, to establish individual ownership. Apart from executive coaching assignments Andrew has recently completed an assignment for a large Telecommunications company as Interim HR Director.
Current areas of focus with a large client base include:
- Executive & Individual coaching and mentoring of Managing Directors, Board Directors, junior Director’s and Managers from all functions (including newly appointed HR Directors)
- Coach Mentoring for other coaches to fully develop their coaching competencies and coaching services
- Forming and leading consortia to address specific client needs in the fields of HR, restructuring, cultural and change management, specific training projects, recruitment, staff surveys, 360 deg feedback and other HR needs
- Facilitation of negotiations with Trade Unions, including: company restructuring, collective work agreements, new social packages
- HR “health checks” and best practice reviews. Provision of Interim HR Director Services and general HR and business consultancy
- Consultancy and facilitation in the recruitment of executive and top senior managers
- Communications skills training for Executives in front of the media or with difficult messages to relay
- Keynote speeches at conferences
Areas of Coaching specialities include: Executive, High-impact within existing role, new to the job or company, outplacement, career transition (internal or re-orientation), Coach Mentoring, celebrities and people of success.
Professional Development
Read for a BA Honours Degree at the University of Canterbury. He has attended numerous courses in Coaching, Counselling, Mentoring, Consulting, Human Resources, General Management and Information Technology. He has a Graduate coaching qualification from Corporate Coach U, Inc and is an accredited coach of the ICF (International Coach Federation).
